GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION OF PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping to create a welcoming and helpful atmosphere. Responsibilities will include answering and routing incoming calls, assisting with balance inquiries, and addressing basic banking-related questions. Will also be responsible for performing general clerical tasks such as managing emails, using Microsoft Teams, and entering data into Excel and Word. It is essential to maintain a clean and organized reception area while offering excellent customer service with a professional and caring attitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with basic computer proficiency. Prior experience in customer service or a receptionist role is requested but not required.
