Safe Behavioral Practice Guidelines for Lobby Entry

Our lobbies are now available, however we encourage our customers to continue to utilize our digital banking services, deposit ATM’s and drive-thru’s for general banking business, to lessen possible exposure points.

Sickness – if you are sick or have been sick, do not come into the bank. Use alternate banking methods, such as telephone or mobile banking, Spirit Deposit ATM’s, Spirit Pay or Mobile Check Deposit.

Limit of 3 people in the lobby area at once. There are floor stickers indicating the safe social distancing measurements of 6 feet.

Social Distancing – We request everyone abide by the safe-social practice guidelines to protect yourself and others around you. Floor stickers are there to keep you safe and healthy.

Sanitizing stations available upon entry into the bank. Please utilize these prior to starting your transaction or meeting with your banker.

Face coverings are not required but encouraged based on your personal health needs. You may be asked to temporarily remove your mask for proper identification.
Please remove any other items that could block your identity prior to entering such as: hoods, caps or sunglasses.

Curbside Service – if you have health or other issues that prevent you from coming into the bank but require banking assistance beyond what is available at the drive-thru. Please call the bank location you are visiting and request assistance curbside.

Sanitization procedures are in place to sanitize teller stations, workstations, offices and office supplies after every customer. All doors, entrances, counters and customer contact areas are disinfected continually, in accordance with state health guidelines.

Shields are in place at the teller windows and offices in order to reduce contact during business and transactions.

Our team continues to adhere to social distancing guidelines, such as no handshakes or personal contact with other employees or customers.

Safety Deposit Boxes have new rules in place to adhere to social distancing guidelines. Your banker will guide you through this process when you visit your safety deposit box.
