A payment feature integrated into your device that lets you add your Community Spirit Bank debit cards to make purchases at participating retailers in stores or in app. It Pay provides the same benefits and protection as your Community Spirit Bank physical card. It is simple, easy and the fastest and most convenient way to pay!

How do I get started with Digital Wallet?

Go to settings on your device and tap wallet to get started today. New devices will prompt you upon set up. Tap "add a new Credit or Debit Card" and follow the steps displayed for adding a new card. Only CSB debit cards (consumer or business) are available to be setup. CSB credit cards not currently available. After your card is loaded in your Wallet you will be prompted to call in and verify the card setup. This call will go to Card Services. They will assist you with the completion of your Digital Wallet debit card setup.

Is Digital Wallet a secure way to pay?

Is there a fee associated with using Digital Wallet?

There is no cost from Community Spirit Bank. An active data plan is required on your device. Based on your wireless plan and mobile carrier's offering, additional message and data charges may apply. Your debit card Deposit Account Agreement will apply for purchases. Community Spirit Bank does not charge any fees to add your cards to digital wallets.

How does Digital Wallet work?

It uses Near Field Communication (NFC) which is a short-range wireless technology that allows two devices to exchange payment information at close proximity. Digital payments use NFC technology to transmit payment information from your phone to the contactless payment terminal. Your Community Spirit debit card number is never shared with the merchant and is not stored on the device. Instead, a Device Account Number is used to process your payment which further protects your personal information

There is no fee associated. An active data plan is required on your device. Based on your wireless plan and mobile carrier’s offering, additional message and data charges may apply. Check with your mobile service provider for more information.

Digital wallet access may be affected by your mobile carrier’s coverage area. Your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Some ATMs within secure locations may require a physical card for entry.

When attempting to add your debit card to Google Pay, your card may be added to your Google Payments account to be used on other Google properties.
